In His image: God's image in Disability

Have you ever wondered whether how we've been taught to think about the Image of God (Imago Dei) might be too narrow and restrictive? For generations, traditional views rooted in rationality, dominion, and relationality have, when taken literally, inadvertently excluded people with disabilities.

In "In His Image: The Image of God in Disability," I tackle this very idea head-on. Drawing on both personal experiences, from my own life, and biblical insights, I argue for a more expansive, a more biblically and theologically sound understanding of the Imago Dei. We'll explore how disability, far from diminishing God's image, offers unique and profound ways of representing God to the world.
